How It Works

Discovery

(1-2 weeks) We inventory every system: what it does, who uses it, what it costs, how it connects, and what happens if it fails. This includes the shadow IT and systems nobody put on the list. We gain an understanding of your business strategy and key constraints.

Working Sessions

(1-2 weeks) Sessions with your functional leaders to map how work actually flows, where it breaks down, what the volume looks like, and where the manual effort is concentrated. Onsite is better here—whiteboards and watching the actual work really help here.

Roadmap and Plan

(2-3 weeks) A prioritized modernization plan: what to eliminate, what to keep, what to integrate, what to replace, and in what order. We’ll also develop a timeline and resource plan based on your budget and your team’s capacity to consume the change.

A phased 18–24 month roadmap with cost estimates and dependencies
A written findings report you can hand to your owners or board

Roadmaps typically cover ERP, CRM, BI and reporting, integration platforms, e-commerce, WMS, EDI, POS, data warehousing, and AI readiness (depending on your requirements and needs)

Engagement and investment

Most assessments require 4–8 weeks, depending on the number of systems in your stack and the complexity of the business.
